CURRENT BALLET WEST Academy STUDENTS

Current Ballet West Academy students are encouraged to attend other summer intensives but are welcomed to attend ours! Instructions for each level is below. Registration will open on January 7th, 2019 on Iclass Pro.

Ballet West Academy Level 5 and higher, PTD, and Trainee students are invited to enroll for the Ballet West Summer without auditioning. You are required to pay the $500.00 deposit to secure your dancer’s place in the program. In the event your dancer decides to attend another summer intensive, we will refund your $500.00 only if we find a dancer on our wait-list to take their spot, otherwise your deposit will be non-refundable. Registration for the Ballet West Summer Intensive and housing (if applicable) will take place through the Ballet West Academy iClassPro Parent Portal. Please use your existing login information. If your student is interested in attending artÉmotion Summer Intensive’s program in Cleveland, OH please email info@artemotion-summerintensive.com.

The number of accepted applicants surpasses the number of places available for programs and housing.  Therefore, acceptance does not guarantee a spot when a program reaches full capacity. Registration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly urge dancers to make a deposit to reserve their spot as soon as possible, registration will officially open January 7th, 2019. 

Ballet West Academy PTD or Trainee students interested in attending the Ballet West Academy/artÉmotion Choroegraphic Workshop must receive written permission from Peter Merz and Allison DeBona. Please make your requests by emailing info@artemotion-summerintensive.com.

Ballet West Academy Levels 3 or 4 and above the age of 13 (before June 1) students will be required to audition at the Salt Lake City audition on January 19th, 2019. The dancer will enroll for the Current Ballet West Student on the Audition tab in iClassPro. The audition fee will be waived for current students. If your student is interested in attending artÉmotion Summer Intensive’s program in Cleveland, OH please email info@artemotion-summerintensive.com.
