TESTIMONIALS . . .

"If you’ve ever dreamed of dancing again, the answer at Ballet West Academy is: Yes, you can! Class offers such a myriad of gifts: the opportunity to find old dancer friends and make new ones; a healthgiving exercise; the ability to strengthen bones, muscles, increase flexibility and balance, not to mention keeping brain cells honed through memorizing combinations; and the blessings of taking class from Ballet West company dancers. It’s perfect self-care all wrapped up in the exquisite essence of music, grace, and beauty inherent in dance. Do come join us!” -Sally Burgin

"Ballet class for me is part meditation, part high-intensity intervals, but so fun at the same time that I don’t really realize how hard I have been working until the class is done! Once I turned 40 I decided that I wanted to get back to the workout that I LOVE doing and careless now about perfection than I did in my teens and 20s. Don’t get hung up on comparisons or what you used to be able to do, just get lost in the artistry and beauty of this amazing art form." -Celeste Thomas
